Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting our clients’ staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various job openings.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance.
- Manage job postings and advertise vacancies on appropriate job boards and social platforms.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software (ATS).
