Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting our clients’ staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various job openings.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance.
  • Manage job postings and advertise vacancies on appropriate job boards and social platforms.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software (ATS).
